Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Alpine Swiss Business School AG (“the School”, “we”, “our”) and all applicants, enrolled students, website users, and any individuals or entities interacting with the School (“you”, “your”). By applying, enrolling, or accessing any service, platform, or program offered by the School, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an application, enrolling in any program, accessing School resources, or using our website, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms.

  • You agree to comply with all School rules, policies, and regulations.

  • You accept that these Terms may be updated periodically.

3. Programs and Academic Requirements

  • Program structures, modules, schedules, and academic requirements are subject to change to ensure academic quality and compliance with accreditation or industry standards.

  • Students must meet all academic requirements, attend classes, submit assessments on time, and adhere to academic integrity standards.

  • The School reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, delivery formats, or program components.

4. Enrollment and Admission

  • Admission is not guaranteed and is subject to eligibility criteria, document verification, and payment of required fees.

  • The School may request additional documents to verify identity, academic completion, or eligibility.

  • Providing false or fraudulent information may lead to immediate rejection or dismissal.

5. Fees and Payment Terms

  • All fees—including tuition, deposits, administrative charges, and materials fees—must be paid by the due date specified in the invoice.

  • The €150 application fee is non-refundable.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension from classes, withholding of transcripts, or termination of enrollment.

  • Students are responsible for any bank charges or currency conversion fees.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by the School’s official Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Key points include:

  • Tuition deposits are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

  • Prepaid tuition (excluding application fee) is refundable in cases of official visa refusal.

  • Once classes have begun or a visa has been used to enter the country of study, fees become non-refundable.

  • Refund requests must follow the official procedure outlined in the Refund Policy.

7. Visa and Immigration Compliance

For international students:

  • The School issues visa support documents only after required fees are paid.

  • Students must comply with all immigration laws of the host country.

  • In cases of withdrawal, dismissal, or non-attendance, the School is obligated to inform immigration authorities.

  • Misuse of School admission letters for immigration purposes will result in immediate termination and refusal of refunds.

8. Student Conduct and Discipline

Students must:

  • Show respect to faculty, staff, classmates, and School property.

  • Attend scheduled classes regularly.

  • Maintain professional behavior at all times.

The School may dismiss or suspend students for:

  • Academic misconduct,

  • Unexcused non-attendance,

  • Harassment or disruptive behavior,

  • Fraud or unethical activities.

Dismissed students forfeit all paid fees.

9. Academic Integrity

Acts such as plagiarism, cheating, and falsification of documents are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in:

  • Academic penalties,

  • Suspension or expulsion,

  • Denial of certificates or degrees.

10. Use of School Resources

  • Students may access digital learning platforms, libraries, and class materials for educational use only.

  • Sharing, distributing, or selling School materials without permission is prohibited.

  • The School reserves the right to limit or revoke access if misuse is detected.

11. Digital Learning and Online Services

  • The School may deliver programs online, on-campus, or in hybrid format.

  • Technical issues may occur; the School will make reasonable efforts to resolve them but is not liable for disruptions caused by external factors.

  • Students must maintain their own devices, software, and internet connectivity.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

  • The School collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

  • Data may be shared with partner institutions, government agencies, or service providers when required for academic, legal, or operational purposes.

  • Students may request access to or correction of their personal information.

13. Intellectual Property

  • All educational materials, branding, website content, and digital resources are copyrighted.

  • Students receive a license for personal educational use only.

  • Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

14. Liability Disclaimer

The School is not responsible for:

  • Loss of personal property,

  • Delays caused by external events such as strikes, pandemics, or government actions,

  • Actions of third-party service providers.

The School’s total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the affected academic term.

15. Termination of Enrollment

Enrollment may be terminated if:

  • Fees are unpaid,

  • Academic integrity violations occur,

  • Conduct breaches occur,

  • Immigration rules are violated.

Students terminated for misconduct or fraud are not entitled to refunds.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved through Swiss courts unless otherwise required by applicable regulations.
